Licensed boat operators must comply with the following conditions-
(a) To register the name, address of the person going on the voyage, with the Ministry or the agency designated by the Ministry, before taking the pilgrims on the voyage,
(b) Not to allow foreign tourists to travel by boat other than on rivers that are open for navigation,
(c) to follow the code of conduct prescribed by the Ministry to operate the cruise business,
(d) Complying with other conditions to be followed by water travel businessmen according to the Act and Regulations.
