(1) For commercial purposes, the holder of the license shall, within seven days from that date, in the format as per Schedule-5, if the holder of the license carries out the goods specified in accordance with the export license, and within seven days of that date, if he imports the goods specified in accordance with the import license, - The details in the format as per 6 should be sent to the Director General…….. and other officials or offices designated by the Government of Nepal.
(2) Imported goods shall not be sold and distributed without sending the details as per sub-rule (1).
