Rule 7
Duration and Renewal of License
:
(1) The validity period of the license granted according to Rule 5 shall be five years.
(2) The boating businessmen who want to renew the license must pay five thousand rupees to the ministry three months before the expiration of the validity period of the license to renew the license.
(3) After the expiry of the period according to sub-rule (2), if the licensed boating business comes to renew the license, the ministry will renew the license by taking fifty percent of the renewal fee for the first two months and one hundred percent for the next one month from the date of expiry of the validity period of the license.
(4) If the boating business does not renew the license even within the period as per sub-rule (3), such license shall automatically be cancelled.
