Rule 26A
Provisions relating to Higher Secondary School Management Committee
(1) There shall be a management committee in every high school for the operation, supervision and management of the high school.
(2) The formation of the management committee according to sub-rule (1), term of office, duties, duties and rights of the chairman and members, meeting procedures and other provisions shall be the same as the management committee of the secondary level community school or the management committee of the institutional school.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (2), the formation, duties, duties, rights and other provisions of the management committee of the school conducting higher secondary education according to section 32 of the Higher Secondary Education Act, 2046 shall be in accordance with the Higher Secondary Education Regulations, 2052.
