The duties, duties and rights of other public prosecutors of the High Public Prosecutor's Office shall be as follows:-
(a) To assist in the execution of the duties of the Associate Advocate of the High Public Prosecutor's Office,
(b) In cases where the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff, the authorized officer shall investigate and investigate the matter received for necessary action, and decide whether or not the case shall be prosecuted according to the prior delegation from the Attorney General or the division of work from the Associate Attorney,
(c) In order to decide whether or not to proceed with the case according to Clause (b), if it is found that the case is going to be proceeded with during the missile study, in the case of the case that should be tried from one's own office, to file the indictment in the relevant court,
(d) In cases where the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff or in which the rights, interests or interests of the Government of Nepal are vested, as assigned by the Attorney-General, to appear in court and plead arguments on behalf of the Government of Nepal,
(e) To take necessary action related to appeal, application or not on the decision or order made by the officer and the relevant court as determined by the co-prosecutor.
