Rule 2
Definition
In this regulation, unless the context requires otherwise,-
(a) "Civil Case" means the case mentioned in Schedule-28 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 2074.
(b) "Criminal case" means the case mentioned in Schedule-1 and Schedule-2 of the Civil Code of Criminal Procedure, 2074.
(c) "Department" means the Department under sub-rule (3) of rule 4;
(d) "Departmental Head" means the Deputy Attorney General appointed to act as the Head of the concerned Department.
(e) "Government Attorney's Office" means the office as per sub-rule (1) of rule 4.
