Rule 15
Duties, Duties and Rights of Associate Advocate of the High Public Prosecutor's Office
(1) The work, duties and rights of the Associate Advocate of the High Public Prosecutor's Office shall be as follows:-
(a) To file or cause to file indictments, appeals, petitions and conduct arguments on behalf of the Government of Nepal in the High Court or any other court within its territorial jurisdiction,
(b) In cases where the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff, after investigation by the authorized officer, the missile received for necessary action shall be decided whether or not to prosecute the case as delegated by the Attorney General and take related actions,
(c) In the High Court within its territorial jurisdiction and in any other local court, in cases involving the rights, interests or concerns of the Government of Nepal: to file appeals, petitions on behalf of the Government of Nepal or employees of the Government of Nepal, and conduct arguments,
(d) If appointed by the Attorney General's Office, appear in a court outside their territorial jurisdiction and conduct arguments, advocacy, etc.,
(e) To advise the opinion on legal questions asked by the head of the state and the head of the office of the Government of Nepal within his territorial jurisdiction,
(f)_ If there is a complaint that a person in custody is not treated humanely or that such person is not allowed to meet with relatives or through a legal practitioner, or if any information about the matter comes to light by any means or means, it is necessary for the concerned authorities to conduct necessary investigations and prevent it from happening: Give instructions,
(g) According to section (f) "Investigate and submit a report to the Attorney General's Office on the matter given instructions: to do,
(h) To take action in accordance with the powers vested in the head of the office in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) The Co-Prosecutor of the High Public Prosecutor's Office may, subject to the prevailing law, delegate some of the administrative powers vested in him in accordance with this regulation to be exercised by any other public prosecutor or officer under him.
