(1) If the complaint is found to be baseless during the investigation according to section 9 or 10, the Commission may dismiss such complaint by stating the reasons thereof.
(2) If the Commission has decided to dismiss the complaint in accordance with sub-section (1), it shall inform the concerned complainant within seven days from the date of such decision.
