1.An Act to Amend Certain Nepal Acts, 2075 Since it is desirable to make necessary arrangements regarding the National Dalit Commission to respect the human rights and rights, protect and promote the interests of the community and to empower the community and effectively integrate them into the mainstream of nation building and development by ending caste discrimination and untouchability, the sub-clause of Article 296 of the Constitution of Nepal ( 1) Legislature-Parliament has made this Act.
