: (1) If any person or establishment takes any action contrary to this Act, any person who gets information about the matter may file a complaint with the board or the market protection officer as prescribed along with the information or evidence he has.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the person making the complaint wishes to keep his name confidential, the name of such person shall be kept confidential.
