: (1) If any person or establishment suffers any kind of loss due to any offense under this Act, they may file an application before the court to get compensation for such loss.
(2) If it is found that compensation should be paid during the action on the application made according to sub-section (1), the court shall determine the loss and pay the compensation to the applicant from the person or establishment that caused the loss.
