Section 31
Who can file a complaint

(1) If the service provider does not provide service to the insured, if the service provider is late in providing the service or if the service provider provides a service of lower quality than the prescribed service level, the insured may file a complaint against such service provider before the board or any body designated by the board within ninety days from the date of such action.
(2) Other arrangements related to filing complaints shall be as prescribed.
