Section 132
Limitation of making a complaint
: (1) A person who knows that someone has committed or is about to commit an offense punishable under section 124 must file a complaint within ninety days from the date of such knowledge.
(2) A person who knows that someone has committed an act punishable under section 125 shall file a complaint with the Registrar or an officer authorized by the Registrar within ninety days from the date of such knowledge.
