Rule 32
Complaints can be filed

(1) The party who is not satisfied with the order given by the registrar in accordance with this regulation may file a complaint before the tribunal within seven days.
(2) If an employee of the tribunal fails to do any work or delays or delays in doing it, the person who is aggrieved may make a written or oral complaint to the chairman or the registrar of the tribunal.
(3) In the course of investigating the complaint as per sub-rules (1) and (2), if it appears that the concerned employee has acted intentionally or maliciously, the chairman may order the initiation of departmental punishment action against such employee in accordance with the prevailing law related to service.
