Rule 16
Complaint

(1) A person who is not satisfied with any decision or order made by the license issuing authority under these rules may file a complaint with the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply within thirty five days of receiving the notice of such decision or order. In the complaint letter, the complainant must clearly mention his name and address, the subject of the complaint, his demand and the basis of the complaint, and for the purpose of proof, copies of all related documents must also be submitted with the complaint letter. The copy should also be sent to the license issuing authority.
