(1) If the industry cannot be operated due to any reason, an application can be submitted to the industry registration body for canceling the registration of such industry in the prescribed format along with the specified details or documents. But in case of marriage according to prevailing law, it will be according to the same law.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the industry registration body shall cancel the above registration after completing the prescribed process if it is found that the related industry has evaded the government obligations, including the taxes it has to pay, and other obligations. The cancellation of the registration done in that way should be given to the concerned applicant and all concerned government agencies.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1) or (2), the same shall apply in the case of industries under companies that have gone through the process of liquidation in accordance with the prevailing law, and the liquidator shall provide the relevant information to the relevant industry registration body if the industry has been terminated.
