(1) If the victim needs to be treated in a hospital or health center due to physical or mental disability, the victim shall bear all the expenses incurred during the treatment and detention.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the victim is unable to pay such treatment expenses and criminal expenses due to the poor economic condition of the victim, if the victim himself or the police office spends such amount, the victim or the police office shall pay such amount according to the prevailing law. He can take inquiries from the Violence Prevention Fund.
