(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this paragraph, the newly appointed teacher shall not receive gratuity or pension according to this paragraph after the date specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. For the purpose of giving gratuity or pension to such teachers, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and establish a pension fund.
(2) Such a teacher of the school shall deduct the amount specified in the same notification from the monthly salary he/she will receive to be deposited in the fund established as per sub-rule (1).
(3) If any teacher appointed as per sub-rule (1) leaves the service before the period for which he is entitled to pension, he shall be entitled to receive the amount deducted in his name as per sub-rule (2). But if the amount is deducted from the Nepal government in his name due to his dismissal from service, he will not be entitled to take it.
