Rule 15
Functions, Duties and Powers of Sub-Registrar
In addition to the functions, duties and powers mentioned elsewhere in this regulation, the functions, duties and powers of the Sub-Registrar shall be as follows:-
(a) to perform such functions as may be delegated to it by the Registrar,
(b) to assist the Registrar in the smooth running of the work of the Court, and
(c) To exercise his powers in the absence of the Registrar.
