(1) Sub-committee meeting will be held as determined by the chairman of the sub-committee.
(2) The procedure to be adopted in the sub-committee shall be organized by the sub-committee under the direction of the committee.
(3) The decision of the majority shall be the decision of the sub-committee. If the votes are equal, the chairman of the sub-committee can also give a decisive vote.
(4) The decision of the sub-committee shall be certified by the member-secretary of the sub-committee.
