Unless the context or the context otherwise requires, in these regulations,–

(a) “Act” means the Public Roads Act, 2031.
(b) "Committee" means the Compensation Determination Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Act.
(b) "Sub-Committee" means the Compensation Determination Sub-Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Act.
