Foreigners who have received permission to stay in Nepal for a period of more than 6 months on visas other than tourist visas must submit the details in the format as per schedule-7 (b) to the department or the office designated by the department and as per schedule-7 (c) Keeping records of the same, the department or the office designated by the department shall provide him with the attendance registration certificate as per schedule-7(d). (2) In case of change of residence address in Nepal mentioned in the application for obtaining a visa or extension of the visa or in the details submitted for the purpose of presence registration, in the case of a foreigner who has obtained a presence registration certificate, in the department or in the office issuing the registration certificate, and in case of another foreigner, in the department or office or local You have to inform the police office about your name, passport number and new address.
(3) If a foreigner who has resided in Nepal for more than one hundred and twenty days and spends more than three days in any place in Nepal, he must register his presence at the local police office of that place with the details of his name, passport number and address.
