-(1) When issuing visas for entry or presence in Nepal, when extending visas or when regularizing the visas of foreigners staying without visas or when issuing travel permits or transferring visas, visa-related or other customs as specified in Schedule-9 will be . But children under ten years of age will not be charged a visa fee.
(2) Visa fees will be charged on the basis of reciprocity to the citizens of the countries that impose a lower or higher visa fee than that prescribed in accordance with sub-rule (1).
