Section 65
Who can take loan or grant
: (1) A cooperative organization can take loan or grant from local or foreign bank or organization, association or other body or work in partnership.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the approval of the Ministry of Finance shall be obtained on the recommendation of the Ministry before taking a loan or grant from a foreign bank or agency.
