(1) When registering a party in accordance with the Act and this regulation, more than one party shall not be registered under the same name.
(2) If the names of two or more parties applying for party registration appear to be the same, the commission will consult with the respective parties and, as far as possible, register them in such a way that they are identified separately according to the agreement of such parties.
(3) If there is no agreement between the relevant parties during the consultation according to sub-section (2), the Commission shall register the parties in such a way that such parties are identified separately.
