(1) In accordance with this Act and other prevailing laws, the services, incentives, discounts, facilities or concessions provided to the industry or investors shall be provided through a simple and easy process and the works carried out by various agencies of the Government of Nepal shall be provided in a timely manner from one place and up to the permission, registration, expansion and cancellation of the establishment of the industry. For the purpose of providing services related to industry administration, the Government of Nepal may establish and operate a single point service center as prescribed.
(2) The location of the single point service center as per sub-section (1), the services to be delivered through the center, and the institutional representation in the center shall be as prescribed.
(3) The concerned body shall assign the necessary number of employees for the representation of the body at the single point service center. When appointed in such a manner, the authorized officer shall also delegate the necessary authority to such employee under the prevailing law.
(4) Other arrangements related to single point service center shall be as prescribed.
(5) Until the establishment of single point service center as per sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and form a single point service operation committee.
