Rule 149
Work, Duties and Powers of Condemnation Committee
: (1) If the following goods are torn or broken in the course of government work, or because a certain period has expired, a new release or replacement is requested, after examining the related matter, recommending a new release or replacement. Rule 148 The duty of the Condemnation Committee constituted as follows:-
(a) Warm clothing, clothing and other items distributed to the Armed Police personnel in the Himalayan Provinces,
(b)   Greatcoat,
(c) Rainfall (d)   Jhul,
(e)   Personal Disadvantages,
(f) Clothing to be distributed in winter season,
(g) Unit equipment. (2) In addition to the work written elsewhere in sub-rule (1) and this regulation, other work, duties and rights of the condemnation committee shall be as determined by the head office with the approval of the ministry.
