(1) Any school operated under the company who wishes to operate under the educational guthi must submit an application to the District Education Officer in the format as per Schedule-11C for approval.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the District Education Officer shall order the inspector or other officer to inspect such school and submit a report.
(3) After receiving the report in accordance with sub-rule (2), the District Education Officer shall examine the documents received with the application and, upon such examination, if it is deemed desirable to operate such a school under the educational guthi, he shall take the approval of the District Education Committee and give approval in the case of primary schools and lower secondary schools. In the case of schools, the application received along with the opinion of the district education committee should be sent to the director.
(4) Upon examination of the documents with the application received as per sub-rule (4), if it appears desirable to allow such a school to operate under the educational guthi, the director shall grant approval to such a school.
(5) The format of approval to be given in accordance with this rule shall be as per Schedule 11D.
