Rule 6
Arrangements related to company or firm registration and bank guarantee
: The following things must be completed by the cruise business before getting the license:-
(a) In the case of a company, a company with a paid-up capital of at least two lakh rupees and in the case of a firm, a firm with a registered capital of at least two lakh rupees should be registered. (b) A bank guarantee equivalent to fifty thousand rupees should be filed in the name of the Ministry.
