Section 181
Company Transaction Notice
 (1) If any notice is required to be given in accordance with this Act, Articles of Association and Regulations, and if the person receiving the notice states in writing that the notice is not necessary before or after the stated time, the notice shall be deemed to have been received.
(2) If a shareholder attends a meeting by himself or through a representative, he shall be deemed to have waived his right to information as per this Act, Articles of Association or Regulations.
