Section 132
Cancellation of Company Registration
(1) After the office receives the report that the company has been canceled in accordance with clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section 131, the office shall remove the name of such company from the company registration book and issue an order canceling the company's registration in accordance with this Act.
(2) After issuing the order canceling the registration of the company in accordance with sub-section (1), the office shall remove the name of such company from the company registration book and publish the notice of dissolution of such company in a national level daily newspaper.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, the liquidator appointed in accordance with the Damasahi Act, 2063 shall send the liquidation of such company to the liquidation office in order to liquidate a company.
(4) After receipt of the transaction as per sub-section (3), the office shall record that such company has been dissolved and after such record, such company shall be deemed to have been dissolved.
