Section 12
Prohibition of establishment and operation of the company and business activities
Officials shall not do the following without obtaining the prior approval of the Government of Nepal:-
(a) to be a director of a company,
(b) To carry out any trade or business that is required to be registered according to prevailing laws,
(c) To accept any kind of employment elsewhere.
