In this Code of Conduct, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,—
(a) "Commission" means the Nepal Law Commission constituted under the Nepal Law Commission Act, 2063.
(b) "Officer" shall mean the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Member of the Nepal Law Commission and the term also refers to the Member-Secretary.
