Rule 92
Establishment and operation of the company and not to engage in business
: (1) Armed police personnel shall not do the following without obtaining the prior approval of the Government of Nepal:-
(a) To take part in the establishment, registration or operation of any bank or company,
(b) to carry on any trade or business required to be registered under prevailing law, and
(c) To accept any kind of employment elsewhere. (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), armed police personnel may carry out activities related to literary, scientific, artistic or humanitarian assistance in a way that is not contrary to the policy of the Government of Nepal.
