Section 62
The company should not provide any loan or financial assistance to purchase its shares
: The company should not provide any loan or any kind of financial assistance to anyone for the purchase of shares of its own or its main company & or subsidiary company or for any person to acquire rights to those shares. However, nothing written in this section shall prevent employees of the company under the scheme of selling shares to the employees to purchase fully paid shares of the related company or the main company of the company, or to provide loans for any person to acquire ownership of such shares.
