Section 10
Conditions to be followed by the company
: In addition to the conditions written in this Act, Articles of Association or Regulations, the company established in accordance with this Act shall comply with the following conditions:-
(A) All the business transactions that you do should be done in the name of that company.
(b) A private company should write "Private Limited" behind its name and a public company should write "Limited" behind its name. But this arrangement will not apply in case of companies that do not distribute profits.
(c) Private companies should not sell their shares and debentures openly.
(d) Private companies shall not pledge their securities to any person other than shareholders or give away their rights in any other manner without fulfilling the procedures stipulated in the articles of association, regulations or unanimous agreement.
(e) The company should not open a partnership or private firm.
(f) Except as otherwise provided in this Act, a non-profit making company shall not distribute dividends to its members or pay any amount directly or indirectly to members or their close relatives.
