Rule 111
Provisions related to contracts
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, if any position of dignitary in the Secretariat cannot be filled immediately as per rule 105, or if the process of filling the post is in progress, until the post of dignitary is filled, for a maximum period of one year, the Nepalese Army, Nepal Police, Armed Police or Legislature - The Secretary General can appoint a person who has retired from the position of the same level as the Dignity of Parliament Service Group.
