Rule 144B
Procedures for appointing employees
(1) Rule 144A. The management committee may appoint school staff subject to the procedure as per sub-rule (2) after considering the grant received and the internal resources of the school.
(2) The procedure as per sub-rule (1) shall be made by the school subject to the prevailing law regarding service conditions.
(3) The procedure made according to sub-rule (1) shall be submitted by the school to the District Education Officer and the procedure shall be implemented after it is registered in the records of the District Education Office.
(4) A teacher of the school may perform the work of such an employee without appointing any employee.
(5) The teachers employed in accordance with sub-rule (4) shall be given allowance as determined by the management committee.
