Section 31
Provisions related to personnel
: (1) The number of employees approved by the Government of Nepal will be in the Commission for the operation of the Commission.
(2) The Commission will appoint employees according to the provisions in the regulations.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), the Commission may appoint on contract the necessary expert staff for the performance of its functions.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, the Ministry may depute any employee of the Government of Nepal to work in the Commission for a fixed period of time until the commission is appointed.
