8. Arrangements related to personnel

(1) The committee may appoint the necessary number of personnel.
(2) Until the staff is appointed to the committee, the Ministry may assign the staff working in Nepal Health Service to do the work of the committee.
(3) Provisions related to the service, conditions and facilities of the employees assigned to work in the committee shall be in accordance with the law related to their service conditions.
(4) The provisions regarding the remuneration, facilities and conditions of service of the employees appointed by the committee shall be as prescribed.
(5) The work, duties and rights of the employees of the committee shall be as prescribed.
