2. Definition:

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this order,-

(a) “Chairman” shall mean the Chairman of the Committee.
(b) “Executive Director” shall mean the Executive Director of Section 6 WaMojim.
(c) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
(d) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Health and Population (e) "Member" means a member of the committee and that word also refers to the chairman and member-secretary of the committee.
(f) "Committee" means the Human Organ Transplantation Development Committee constituted under section 3.
