Section 52
Provisions related to personnel
: (1) The fund shall have the required number of employees for the effective operation of the fund.
(2) Other provisions regarding the appointment, remuneration and service conditions of the employees in the fund shall be as prescribed.
(3) The fund may hire expert service contracts for a specified period as required.
(4) According to sub-section (3), the service conditions, remuneration and other provisions of the expert contracted will be as mentioned in the contract.
(5) On the basis and conditions determined by the committee, the employees subject to the approved posts may be hired under the service contract.
(2) Other provisions regarding the appointment, remuneration and service conditions of the employees in the fund shall be as prescribed.
