Section 69
Security of service of employees
Except the following employees, no employee shall be removed from service or dismissed without giving an opportunity to provide evidence of cleanliness. (a) Convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge of moral turpitude,
(b) Incumbent on fixed term post,
(c) the fugitive is not located or there is sufficient ground that it is not possible to establish contact,
(d) Registration canceled by the health-related professional council established in accordance with prevailing laws.
