Section 45
Courts of the area where the offense occurred
The court of the area where the offense occurred shall have the right to try and dispose of any case related to the offense. However, the Government of Nepal may set up a separate criminal court or criminal bench in any district in accordance with the law to prosecute and dispose of such crimes.
