(1) The Council shall have a separate fund.
(2) The fund under sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts and all expenses of the Council shall be met from the same fund:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Financial grant or aid amount received from foreign government or union organization,
(c) money received by the Council from any other source.
(3) According to clause (b) of sub-section (2), the council shall obtain the permission of the Government of Nepal before receiving the financial subsidy or assistance.
(4) The operation of the Council's fund shall be as prescribed.
