(1) Regardless of what is written in other prevailing laws, the personal account and related documents in the office shall remain confidential.
(2) The office shall not be obliged to show, submit or make public the documents under sub-section (1) without the written request of the authorized officer to investigate or investigate in accordance with the order of the Government of Nepal or the court or the prevailing law.
