: (1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, the agency which is conducting the work of the public at the commencement of this Act shall not be deemed to be hindered from carrying on such work for a maximum period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
(2) The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and arrange for some of the operations carried out by the agencies under sub-section (1) to be carried out by the operation office.
(3) Agreements can be made between the Government of Nepal, Provincial Government, local level and Nepal National Bank as required to carry out the work according to this section.
