Rule 111
Work and Daily Visit Allowance

(1) A teacher assigned to a meeting, conference or seminar as per the order of the directorate or district education office for school or teaching related work shall be employed for the period specified in the same order.
(2) For school work, the teacher may go to work for a maximum of one week after taking the permission of the headmaster and the headmaster of the chairman of the management committee.
(3) When the transferred teacher attends the transferred school, the amount specified by the Ministry shall be paid by the school providing the teacher from its own fund. But the teacher who is transferred voluntarily will not get the amount for daily allowance and travel allowance according to this bye-law.
(4) Two teachers who are the officers of the central committee of the teachers' union may be approved by the department to work in such a union for a maximum of three years at a time, not exceeding one year, on the recommendation of that union.
(5) If the number of teachers in a school is higher in proportion to the number of students, the department may keep such posts in the pool vacancies of the District Education Committee of the same district and assign them to any school where the number of teachers is less in proportion to the number of students.
