In accordance with this Act, if it is known by the land authority that a serious error has been committed in accordance with the prevailing law in the renaming of land, cancellation of filing and amendment of the details mentioned in sub-section (3) of section 7, before filing a complaint in the court, the Director General of the Department of Lands and Ports shall make such a decision. It can be annulled and re-decided according to law.
