Rule 20
Ban on working
(1) In accordance with this regulation, a foreigner who receives a visa as a tourist or a family member is not allowed to work in any industry, trade, business or organization with or without remuneration while staying in Nepal.
(2) A foreigner who has obtained a visa in accordance with this regulation may not do any work other than the purpose for which the visa was obtained.
